Do you accept commissions?

I'm not accepting commissions at this time; however, I plan to in the near future!

 

Do you ship internationally?

I'm not accepting international shipments at this time.

 

When can I expect my item to ship?

Once payment has been received, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. 

 

Do you accept returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with your piece or change your mind, please contact me at ashley@hueavenue.com. I offer a full refund up to 7 days from receipt of shipment. I simply ask that the customer pays return shipping and it be returned in the same packaging it was received in.

 

What if my piece is lost or damaged?

If your item is either lost or damaged, please contact me immediately (I may request images of the damaged piece).  I ask that any damaged pieces be returned to me at no expense to you. We can then work together to get a replacement sent out to you, or a full refund.
